Pepper Releases County Quality of Life Strategy

At a public forum in Green Township, David Pepper released one of the key strategic plans he will pursue as a County Commissioner--improving the quality of life in all of the County's jurisdictions. "We can build the Taj Mahal between the stadiums, and it won't make any difference if we don't preserve and improve the quality of life of the many jurisdictions of this County," Pepper said.
